Foldable Solar Panels Q&A

12760424Q0179 Foldable Solar Panels - Amendment 2
Vendor QuestionGovernment Response
1.) The RFQ requires submitting section 508 ICT Accessability Requirement Statement. Since this is a physical product, with no ICT relevance, it seems that this demand doesn't apply in this RFQ and it is not clear how we should address it.508 compliance is not required
2.) According to the Q and A in Amendment 1, you allowed additional weight. Is it also OK to have a solar panel which is a little wider, but shorter on the length and with less total surface?
It is allowable as long as the folded dimensions of the panel fit in the existing enclosure. The panel cannot exceed the following dimensions: 10” x 14” x3”
3.)Since the product should charge Sealed Lead Acid batteries, please confirm the Vmp should be higher than 15.4V (and not exactly 15.4V). For example Vmp = 17.3VVoltage at maximum power point of 17.4 v is acceptable
4.) Could you please refer to the warranty requirement of the product?1 year free from defects in materials and workmanship that affect performance
