Questions and Answers through 9/7/22

1. Under the Statement of Work, Project Requirements, Background – there is a statement “ … the new desiccant dryers shall be able to run on just one set of air dryers…We don’t see where new desiccant dryers are shown or called for. Are there any new ones on this project?

ANSWER:

Statement that is referenced in the SOW:

For energy savings, efficiency, and the need to have N+1 redundancy, the new desiccant dryers shall be able to run on just one set of air dryers while still providing the 575 CFM compressed air at 115 psi pressure at -40 degrees F.

The existing Sullair desiccant dryers are to remain and shall be operational with the new air compressors.

The existing desiccant dryers will not be replaced with this project.
