Bidder Comment: Item 21 Sub-grade treated Lime 5.5 ton: Where is this located? What is the area associated with this application? Is the treatment a separate bid item from the Lime material itself? IF so, where is it paid?

Resolution: This is for the removal of the two cattle guards and the replacement of the pavement as well as the larger sections of the spot repairs that will require a large amount of the pavement to be removed and replaced. This is not a separate bid item from the lime material.
