Projects are within the footprint of existing buildings.
Incorporating rainwater reuse may enable higher point achievement.
New lighting fixtures are part of current SOW.
No landscape irrigation
Plumbing fixture replacement are in current SOW
Retrofit for installing permanent water meters to gather data is achievable
No landscape irrigation
Achievable but requires non basic services from consultants
Will require a larger scope in landscape and civil works to restore 30% of site.
Subject to further calculations
Rainwater management with LID's are already included in the site SOW. There will be regrading and new site design.
New roof is already contemplated in SOW
Electric vehicle charging stations are required.

Ingredients
Getting 20 products with EPD to earn 1 point is feasible, achieving 2 points is very challenging
Following Option 1 by selecting new products with ingredient information transparency such as
Declare. Mainstream building products are up to date with this requirement.
Project could follow option of landfill diversion in total of waste generation. Other credit options may not be feasible.
Achievable but requires additional services from consultants
Although it is a substantial financial and design challenge, it is currently considered in the scope of work and project budget. A complete electrical a mechanical retrofit is expected.
Retrofit for installing permanent submeters to gather data is achievable
DR programs and smart grid interaction may not be applicable in local circumstances. Credit could be achieved by only providing the required infrastructure for a future DR program.
Although it is a substantial financial and design challenge, it is currently considered in the scope of work and project budget.
It is unknown if USFS already is part of a carbon offset program.
Follow Option 3 that includes existing building reuse.
Retrofit for installing permanent water meters to gather data as required by LEED is achievable
