About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for the Phase 1 4FL Forest Housing Deferred Maintenance project on the Payette National Forest. The amendment provides answers to questions about the project requirements, including details on the drawings, specifications, and scope of work. It extends the proposal due date to September 27, 2024 and clarifies the period of performance from September 30, 2024 to October 30, 2025. The project is a 100% small business set-aside requirement for the United States Forest Service, part of the Department of Agriculture. The solicitation covers demolition, construction, and installation of a new laundry facility and other housing repairs. The amendment also confirms that certain items, such as the three bunkhouses, will not be part of this contract.
