About this file
This is a Questions & Answers document for Solicitation #1240LS26Q0043 for Soda Springs Janitor services. The document addresses two key clarification topics from prospective vendors.
Regarding bio-based products, the government confirmed that vendors may adjust the use of bio-based cleaning products as necessary due to local water conditions in Soda Springs that cause orange staining on toilet bowls and sinks, provided they use bio-based products to the greatest extent possible. For carpet cleaning services, the requirement specifies twice-annual cleaning with personnel responsible for moving equipment, belongings, chairs, and trash cans from areas to be cleaned to enable maximum deep cleaning, unless the district ranger provides alternative direction with advance notice to the vendor.
