About this file
This document is an amendment to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Teton Canyon Bridge project issued by the USDA Forest Service. The amendment, dated September 23, 2025, makes three key changes: 1) extends the response deadline to September 29, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. CDT, 2) updates the solicitation number from 1240LN25R0007 to 1240LN25R0008, and 3) adds a Liquidated Damages Clause (FAR 52.211-12). The liquidated damages provision specifies that the contractor will pay $160.00 for each calendar day of delay in completing the work, with damages continuing to accrue even if the government terminates the contractor's right to proceed.
