More Answered Questions from Vendors – 12/7/2022
1. Does the quotation need to be created independently for all 3 locations or can we prepare one quote and notate that it applies to all 3 locations and state the Solicitation number on the quote?
One quotation should be submitted for all three locations.
2. Should we create 5 separate Quotes for each year the Solicitation covers (2022-2027) since the pricing will be different for each year moving forward?
Please submit one quotation with pricing for each of the five years.
3. We received the following reply from the IPP (Invoice Processing Platform) helpdesk. They state in their email that the agency we are working with is responsible for enrolling us as a new vendor in IPP.
We are not sure if this means that they are working in the background on setting us up. Do you know who we should contact to make sure we are on the right track?
Once FSIS/USDA makes an award, we will set you up in IPP (the Invoice Processing Platform).
Please also make sure that your Entity Registration is up-to-date on www.sam.gov (the System for Award Management), in order to enter into a contract with the Government. Your Entity Registration is linked to your Unique Entity ID, a twelve-character alphanumeric code assigned to each vendor.
