More Answered Questions (fifth group) from Vendors – 12/7/2022
1. When I send you the Quote, is that all you will need to award the Contract?
I am just making sure that we do not have to complete any other portion of the Solicitation and send it along with the Quote.
A complete quotation is enough by itself in order for this Contracting Office to conduct the evaluation and make an award. If you wish, you can fill in the blank pricing charts on pages 9-11 of Solicitation 123A9423Q0002, and this would be helpful. However, it is not required and you will not be negatively evaluated if you submit only a separate quotation.
