Answered Questions from Vendors – 12/1/2022

1. Will orders be submitted throughout the year or will one bulk order be submitted? Throughout the year.

1. Can you estimate the number of each tube that each laboratory will purchase? This will help us to get best pricing for your organization. We can provide a rough estimate based on past purchases: last year 15ml - 139 cases, and 50ml - 223 cases.

1. The product comes Packaged in 2 methods and the Cost and Quantities vary. What packaging will be required for this contract?

We prefer “bulk” packaging.

1. “Bulk” we prefer do they break down in packs?

0. 15ML – case of 500

0. 50ML – case of 500

1. “Racked”

1. 15ML – QTY 500

1. 50ML – QTY 300

1. Will IPP be the only method of payment authorized for orders, or will each laboratory be authorized to purchase on this contract utilizing a Government Purchase Card? With Contract generally IPP but on occasion if a special project comes along or someone miss orders we may use credit card we want both options just in case.

The solicitation referenced processing invoices through IPP; however, it also states that Only an authorized Government Contracting Officer or an authorized government Purchase Card Holder (not to exceed $10,000) can issue an order under the resultant IDIQ contract. This is only if we have to purchase with credit card.

1. The SF1449 (and continuation) is not linkable through the solicitation on SAM.gov. Can you correct that?

The combined document entitled “Solicitation 123A9423Q0002” has both the SF 1449 and the continuation in one document.
