About this file
This document is a Response to Request for Information (RFI) for Solicitation No. 1232SA25R0058, related to the WRRC Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Modifications project. The RFI addresses site visit arrangements, with the government indicating they will accommodate individual site visits for potential bidders. Interested contractors can schedule visits by contacting Ron Haff at 510/559-5868 or Ron.haff@usda.gov, with the possibility of a consolidated final site visit if numerous individual requests are received.
The associated federal contract opportunity is a Total Small Business Set Aside procurement by the Department of Agriculture Agricultural Research Service for electrical modifications at the Western Regional Research Center in Albany, California. The project involves furnishing labor, materials, and equipment for UPS modifications, with a 120-day performance period. The procurement is classified under NAICS Code 238210 with a $19 Million size standard, and requires a Bid Bond at proposal submission and Performance and Payment Bonds within 15 days of award.
