Payment is calculated on an hourly rate basis with fifteen-minute increments at one-quarter the hourly rate for appearances beyond the one-hour minimum onsite requirement, plus an additional thirty-minute charge for setup and preparation prior to scheduled meetings. The County will provide preliminary meeting information, access to the iCap Encoder via dedicated IP address with network connectivity, and monthly schedules of both televised and non-televised meetings requiring services. Minutes failing to meet specified standards, patterns of late arrivals or missed assignments, failure to meet delivery timeframes, or falsified information submitted to the County may result in performance remedies as outlined in the general conditions.
