About this file
This is Addendum No. 2 issued by Metro Purchasing for RFP 260023 regarding the Central Operations for the Repair Ecosystem (CORE) Hub for Louisville's Homeowner Repair Programs, dated August 13, 2025. The addendum provides clarifications on two questions submitted by proposers regarding the scope and structure of the project.
The addendum clarifies that the CORE Hub project is focused exclusively on serving new callers from the time of the hub's launch going forward and is not intended to address existing agency wait lists for repairs. Additionally, Metro Purchasing confirms that this RFP will result in a subrecipient agreement with a non-profit organization rather than a subcontractor arrangement under CDBG (Community Development Block Grant) funding. The addendum emphasizes that all addenda must be acknowledged by proposers as part of their response requirements.
