11-A03 Walk Through Schedule - December 4 and December 5.pdf

This file is a walk-through schedule document for a State and Local contract opportunity issued by Saint Louis Public Schools (SLPS) related to roof work at Bryan Hill Elementary School. The document provides a detailed itinerary for facility site visits scheduled across two consecutive days in December 2025, with ten St. Louis-based school sites included in the tour. The Bryan Hill Elementary site visit is scheduled for December 5, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 8:45 AM at 2128 Gano Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri 63107. Additional school sites included in the walk-through schedule are Beaumont Technical Center, Ashland Elementary, Sumner High School, Soldan High School, Yeatman/Liddell College Preparatory Middle School, Hickey Elementary, Washington Montessori Elementary, Hamilton Elementary, and Stevens. The first day of site visits occurs on December 4, 2025, beginning at 8:00 AM at Beaumont Technical Center and concluding at 3:30 PM at Soldan High School, while the second day commences on December 5, 2025, at 8:00 AM and concludes at 3:45 PM at Stevens.

The walk-through schedule appears designed to allow prospective bidders to conduct facility inspections and gather site-specific information necessary to prepare competitive proposals for the Tornado: Bryan Hill ROOF (Slate and PVC) project. The schedule allocation suggests that the Bryan Hill Elementary project is one component of a broader multi-site improvement initiative. SLPS intends to engage the best-qualified vendor capable of completing the required work efficiently in full compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal requirements.
