About this file

This document is a Supplemental Terms and Conditions contract for the Bergen County Utilities Authority (BCUA) for Jenbacher/INNIO service and parts (Contract No. 25-09). The contract covers service and parts for three specific Jenbacher engines (two JMS 420 GS-B/N.L engines with serial numbers 1264785 and 1264787, and a third with serial number 1124315). The contract establishes comprehensive requirements for parts delivery, service response times, technician qualifications, warranty provisions, and operational protocols. Technicians must have documented Jenbacher/INNIO training, a minimum of five years of experience, and maintain current authorized vendor status.

The contract includes detailed pricing structures based on delivery performance, with parts pricing calculated using specific formulas that account for list price, discount factors, and delivery timeliness. Parts deliveries are expected within ten calendar days, with pricing adjustments for late deliveries. Service response times are strictly defined, with technicians required to arrive onsite within two work days of service request, and emergency response times ranging from four hours for critical failures to seventy-two hours for minor issues. Warranty terms include a minimum thirty-day warranty for parts, ninety-day labor warranty, and adherence to manufacturer's published warranty policies. Invoicing and payment are contingent upon detailed service reports and documentation, with all parts shipments required to be F.O.B. destination and freight prepaid.
