About this file

This document contains the City of Charlotte Procurement Portal Instructions for electronic solicitation submissions and questions. The instructions provide detailed guidance for vendors on how to submit questions and bid proposals through the Bonfire procurement portal (https://charlottenc.bonfirehub.com). Vendors must submit all solicitation questions and project submissions electronically through this portal, with a strong recommendation to begin the upload process at least a week before the project's posted deadline to account for potential file upload times.

The document specifies technical requirements for submission, including compatible web browsers (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox) with JavaScript and browser cookies enabled. Support resources are provided, including Bonfire's help forum (https://vendorsupport.gobonfire.com/hc/en-us), a support email (Support@GoBonfire.com), and a support phone number (1-800-354-8010). Additionally, vendors are directed to a five-minute training video for guidance on vendor registration and submission processes.
