About this file
This is a Contract Exceptions Form submitted to Atlanta Public Schools (APS) for the Martin Luther King, Jr. Middle School Pool Infrastructure Replacement project located at 545 Hill Street, SE, Atlanta, Georgia 30312. The form requires bidders to acknowledge they have reviewed the APS contract template and to identify any proposed changes to the standard terms and conditions. Bidders must indicate whether they are taking no exceptions to APS contract terms or list specific exceptions with proposed modifications. Any contract exceptions must be submitted with the proposal; exceptions requested after bid submission will not be considered by APS.
APS reserves the right to reject proposed exceptions and will attempt in good faith to negotiate any listed exceptions. The form provides space for bidders to detail their proposed changes across multiple lines, with the option to attach additional pages as needed. This document is a mandatory component of the design-build contracting process for the pool infrastructure replacement project and establishes the framework for negotiating contract modifications prior to award.
