About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details the requirements for installing an Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) Flight Lubrication System at Minot Air Force Base, Building 748. The comprehensive system requires the contractor to engineer, furnish, install, and commission a fully functional lubrication dispensing system capable of handling motor oil, hydraulic fluid, and antifreeze products.
The system specifications include installing approximately 1,600 feet of stainless-steel piping, a Gardner Denver Air Compressor (VT7-8/7.5HP), 4 Graco Fireball Pumps, 1 Husky Series antifreeze pump, 20 Graco XDX 50' oil reels, 5 antifreeze reels, 5 air reels, multiple metered oil and antifreeze handle dispensers, and 5 mounting arms. Installation must be overhead, mounted to the ceiling to maximize floor space and worker safety. The contractor must complete the project within 60 days of contract award, with all equipment to be new, mounted securely, and tested to ensure leak-free operation. The system will be installed at Minot AFB, North Dakota, with a one-year warranty on parts and workmanship.

• The compressor will not be mounted to the building floor due to suspected asbestos tiling; the compressor will sit on steel pallets to prevent the system moving due to vibration, and the floor will not be penetrated.
• Electrical wire, electrical boxes, circuit prtection and conduit to provide power to the air compressor and any components in the system that require electrical connection to power grid.
• Air piping with fitting and hangers to connect the compressor to 5 each Graco oil/antifreeze pumps and 5 each Graco air drops
• Oil and antifreeze piping to connect pumps to reels at 5 each lube stations throughout facility
• 4 each Graco Fireball Pumps 5:1 ratio air operated oil/hydraulic fluid pumps with low level shut off, air regulator, vented ball valve, install kit and valves
• 1 each Husky Series air operated Antifreeze pump with low level shut off, suction kit, install kit and valves
• 20 each Graco XDX 50’ Oil reels
• 5 each Graco XDX 50’ Antifreeze reels
• 5 each Graco XDX 50’ Air Reels
• 15 each Graco metered rigid ½” oil handle dispensers
• 5 each Graco metered flex ½” oil handle dispensers
