About this file
This document is a technical specification sheet for the Edco SHA-1210 filtering surge protector, a 120 VAC single-phase power protection device. While the document does not explicitly detail a state or local contract, the file metadata suggests an association with ODOT (Oregon Department of Transportation) and a potential government procurement context.
The Edco SHA-1210 is a surge protection device designed to absorb power line noise and switching transients, with key technical specifications including a 395 VAC clamping voltage, 10A operating current, and peak surge current capabilities of 32.5 kA/Mode. The device features a multi-stage hybrid design, 60 dB maximum noise filtering, nanosecond response time, and incorporates a series choke. It offers protection across line-to-neutral, line-to-ground, and neutral-to-ground modes, operates in temperatures from -40°C to +85°C, and comes with a 5-year warranty. The compact unit weighs 2 lbs and measures 2.375H x 3.125W x 7.125L inches, with mounting provisions for easy installation in electrical systems.

Edco SHA-1210 120 VAC — 1 Phase The Edco SHA-1210 fi ltering surge protector absorbs power line noise and switching transients that other suppressors and RFI fi lters pass through.
The Edco SHA-1210 can replace the RFI fi lter when high attenuation of noise above 25 MHz is not required.
If random time-base, memory loss, or other problems are affecting some of your intersections, this state-of-the-art protector can be of great benefi t when properly installed.
