About this file

This document is submission instructions issued by Florida Polytechnic University for an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. The university seeks a CRM platform to serve multiple departments, including Development, Strategic Communications, and Finance, with primary focus on managing partner and constituent relationships. The solution must accommodate 20,000 constituent records and provide functionality for storing contact information, interaction history, event participation data, relationship mapping, and membership management. Required capabilities include data management tools (duplicate detection, address/phone updates), reporting and analysis features, mobile application access, constituent screening functionality, and integrated events and marketing modules. All responses must be submitted electronically through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal at https://floridapoly.bonfirehub.com/ before the posted due date and time, with respondents strongly advised to allow at least one business day for file uploads. Proposals submitted after the deadline will be deemed final and non-negotiable.

Respondents must register on the Bonfire platform using Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox with JavaScript and cookies enabled. All technical questions regarding solicitation specifications must be submitted through the electronic bid system by dates specified in the solicitation. Addenda will be posted as public notices on the bid portal, and respondents are responsible for regularly checking for updates. Respondents may withdraw and resubmit proposals at any time prior to the advertised deadline. Technical support is available through Euna Procurement via email at support.bonfire@eunasolutions.com or through their Vendor Knowledgebase. Upon completion of submission, respondents should verify that all correct documents were successfully uploaded, as no modifications will be permitted after the close date. All proposed goods and services must meet or exceed the specifications as of the proposal due date unless otherwise indicated in ITN documents.
