Price lists must be submitted for approval by the Contracting Officer and are effective only when signed. Invoices shall be submitted monthly or upon BPA expiration, with Government Purchase Card (GPC) payment authorized up to the micro-purchase threshold. The acquisition is set aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), designated as economically disadvantaged. Evaluation criteria weight past performance and price equally, requiring minimum one work experience sheet demonstrating recent (within three years) and relevant hazardous waste disposal experience.
