Rules of Engagement Conference Facility

• Be mindful of other meetings taking place in facility

• Please shut off or silence all cell phones when in conference room

• WiFi available

• Smoking only allowed in designated areas

• Allergies: No pork products and no nuts

• Landing fee for refreshments is $5 (cash only please)

Rules of Engagement Visiting a Military Installation

• Subject to checks anytime (car search, ID checks, etc.)

• Use of seatbelts is mandatory

• Talking or texting on phone while driving is prohibited-hands free allowed

• Follow speed limit signs; do not park in marked spots

• What to do in a vehicle during Reveille and Retreat:

– Reveille signals the beginning of the official duty day of Hanscom

Air Force Base and plays at 7:30am

– Retreat signals the end of the official duty day for Hanscom AFB and plays at 5:00pm –When Reveille or Retreat plays, move to the side of the road and stop the vehicle

– All occupants should sit quietly until the last note of the music has played
