The CDOC is requesting bids from qualified suppliers to modernize and upgrade the security camera system at LVCF, located at 1401 West 17th Street, Pueblo, Colorado. The solicitation covers cameras (indoor and outdoor in multiple styles), surveillance cabinets, junction boxes, connectors, conduit, software licensing, and all components specified in Exhibit D—Price Quote. Additional camera equipment and components not listed in the solicitation may be requested during the award period from any DOC facility location. Bidders must provide itemized pricing as shown in Exhibit D, with delivery required to the LVCF address. All pricing must be all-inclusive with no additional shipping, surcharges, or taxes to be paid by CDOC. Pricing shall remain firm during the Purchase Order term, though CDOC may elect to include a provision allowing annual price increases not to exceed 2.5% per fiscal year if mutually agreed upon by both parties. Bidders may submit products of equal specifications and quality to those specified if approved for use and compatibility.
