All pricing must be itemized and all-inclusive, with no additional shipping, surcharges, or taxes to be paid by CDOC; vendors must incorporate shipping costs into their bid responses. Pricing shall remain firm during the initial contract term, though CDOC may elect to allow annual price increases not exceeding 2.5% for each fiscal year of optional renewal periods, subject to mutual agreement. The first shipment must include 1,800 extra envelope boxes and lids plus 250 additional case cartons.
