About this file

This document is an Offeror IFB Checklist for a Colorado state and local contract opportunity for Avigilon Cameras, Accessories & Licenses. The checklist outlines the required documentation and submissions that bidders must include with their bid proposals when responding to this invitation for bid (IFB). All bids must be submitted through bidnetdirect.com and should clearly state the IFB number and title in the proposal.

Bidders are required to submit five exhibits and supporting documents with their bid: Exhibit B (Required Offeror Information), which must be signed in ink or electronically; Exhibit C (W-9 Request for Taxpayer ID Number); Exhibit D (Price Bid); Exhibit E (Offeror Disclosure Statement); and Exhibit H (Non-Conflict of Interest). Additionally, bidders must review all remaining exhibits and attachments provided with the IFB. This checklist serves as a quality control tool to ensure complete bid submissions and compliance with all documentation requirements established by the procuring jurisdiction.
