Pricing is established on a fixed-price basis with services billable exclusively at the contractor's quoted hourly rates for 40 hours per week of SUD counseling, groups, and assessments delivered in person with virtual options permitted only for assessor roles. All clinicians must hold primary credentials as a Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS) or Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), with Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (CSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credentials accepted only if accompanied by documented substance use disorder experience. Offerors must be registered to do business in Colorado prior to contract execution, maintain required insurance coverage, provide proof of credentialing through the Colorado Department of Regulatory Affairs (DORA), and comply with accessibility requirements under WCAG Level AA standards. Invoices for services must be submitted by the 15th business day of the following month to the CDOC Accounts Payable office.
