The project is intended to enhance the building's exterior appearance, complement the existing architectural lighting on City Hall and the Court building, and create a more consistent and unified lighting experience throughout the City Hall complex.

The lighting system shall provide an attractive, uniform appearance, withstand year-round outdoor exposure, and allow City staff to control lighting colors, scenes, and schedules. The overall goal is to beautify the complex, enhance its nighttime appearance, and create a cohesive look across the City's buildings.

PROJECT SCOPE AND PRICING

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, installation, programming, testing, and coordination necessary to deliver a complete, operational lighting system for each priced scope.

Base Bid – Parapet Wall Lighting Provide a complete lighting system for the designated parapet walls identified in the attached PDF. Include all required fixtures, track, wiring, controllers, power supplies, mounting hardware, programming, and installation necessary for a complete operating system.

Alternate 1 – Steel Awning Lighting Provide separate pricing to your attachments to add architectural accent lighting to the steel awnings along the rooftop section, as identified in the attached PDF. · Provide consistent and visually uniform lighting along the designated architectural features.

· Support programmable colors, lighting scenes, and scheduling.

· Be designed for permanent exterior installation and year-round weather exposure.

· Include manufacturer-rated light output information and product documentation for the proposed fixtures.

· Be installed neatly and securely, with components and wiring concealed or integrated with the building wherever practical.

· Include all components necessary for the awarded installation to operate as intended.

TRACK AND MOUNTING MATERIALS

The contractor shall provide an aluminum track or channel system meeting the following minimum requirements:

• Material and dimensions: Aluminum track with a minimum material thickness of 0.027 inches and nominal dimensions of 1.25 inches by 0.75 inches.
