Combined Certifications for Contracting with the City of Little Rock

This is a certification compliance document issued by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas Finance and Procurement Department that establishes mandatory contractual requirements for vendors conducting business with the municipality. The document outlines three separate certification requirements that apply based on contract value thresholds: an Israel Boycott Restriction certification for contracts valued at $1,000 or greater, an Illegal Immigrant Restriction certification for contracts valued at $25,000 or greater, and an Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, and Ammunition Industries Boycott Restriction certification for contracts valued at $75,000 or greater. All certifications are required under Arkansas Code Annotated statutes (25-1-503, 19-11-105, and 25-1-1102 respectively).

By executing the certification form, contractors must affirm that they do not currently engage in and will not engage in boycotts of Israel or the energy, fossil fuel, firearms, or ammunition industries for the duration of their contract with the City of Little Rock, and that they do not knowingly employ or contract with illegal immigrants. The document requires the vendor or contractor name, CLR supplier/vendor number, authorized signature, and date of certification. This combined certification form applies to the Invitation To Bid 237352 for Job 061776, the Little Rock Kanis Park Loop (TAP-22) project, and represents a prerequisite compliance requirement for all bidders seeking to contract with the City of Little Rock.
