About this file
This is a Combined Certifications for Contracting document issued by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas Finance Procurement Department, establishing mandatory certification requirements for vendors and contractors conducting business with the City of Little Rock. The document outlines three primary certification requirements mandated by Arkansas state law, with applicability determined by contract value thresholds. For all contracts valued at $1,000 or greater, contractors must certify they are not engaged in a boycott of Israel and agree to notify the city in writing if they subsequently decide to participate in such a boycott. For contracts valued at $25,000 or greater, contractors must certify they do not knowingly employ or contract with illegal immigrants. For contracts valued at $75,000 or greater, contractors must provide written certification that they are not currently engaged in and will not engage in a boycott of the energy, fossil fuel, firearms, or ammunition industries for the duration of the contract term.
By executing this certification form, contractors acknowledge their compliance with all applicable requirements based on their contract value tier and commit to maintaining compliance throughout the contract period. The form requires the vendor or contractor to provide their name, CLR Supplier/Vendor Number, signature, and date of execution. This certification document serves as a prerequisite for contract award and is applicable to the Green Network Project - Reservoir and Murray Park bid opportunity in Pulaski County, Arkansas.
