About this file

This is a Combined Certifications for Contracting document issued by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas Finance Procurement Department. The document outlines mandatory certification requirements that vendors and contractors must comply with when entering into contracts with the City of Little Rock. The certifications apply to contracts of varying values: the Israel Boycott Restriction applies to contracts valued at $1,000 or greater; the Illegal Immigrant Restriction applies to contracts valued at $25,000 or greater; and the Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, and Ammunition Industries Boycott Restriction applies to contracts valued at $75,000 or greater. By signing the certification form, contractors agree not to engage in boycotts of Israel, not to knowingly employ or contract with illegal immigrants, and not to participate in boycotts of the energy, fossil fuel, firearms, or ammunition industries for the duration of their contract with the City.

The document requires contractors to provide their name, CLR Supplier/Vendor Number, signature, and date of execution. All certifications are mandated under Arkansas Code Annotated and must be completed for the applicable contract value threshold. Contractors are obligated to notify the City in writing if they decide to engage in any prohibited activities after signing the certification. Failure to comply with these certifications could result in contract termination or disqualification from future City contracting opportunities.
