About this file
This is a Combined Certifications for Contracting document issued by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas Finance Procurement Department, establishing mandatory compliance requirements for vendors conducting business with the city. The certification addresses three primary restriction categories applicable based on contract value thresholds: contracts valued at $1,000 or greater require certification that the contractor is not engaged in a boycott of Israel; contracts valued at $25,000 or greater require certification that the contractor does not knowingly employ or contract with illegal immigrants; and contracts valued at $75,000 or greater require certification that the contractor is not engaged in and will not engage in a boycott of Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, or Ammunition Industries. By executing this form, contractors must affirm compliance with all applicable restrictions based on their specific contract value and agree to notify the City in writing should their status change during the contract term.
The certifications are grounded in Arkansas Code Annotated sections 25-1-503, 19-11-105, and 25-1-1102, and apply to all vendors seeking contracts with the City of Little Rock. The document requires contractor signature, date, and vendor identification information including the CLR Supplier/Vendor Number. These certification requirements are mandatory prerequisites for contract award and must be completed prior to executing any agreement with the City, with non-compliance serving as grounds for contract denial or termination.
