About this file

This is a Combined Certifications for Contracting document issued by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas Finance Procurement Department. The document outlines mandatory certification requirements that vendors and contractors must complete to conduct business with the City of Little Rock. The certifications apply to contracts of varying values and address three primary compliance areas: Israel boycott restrictions for contracts valued at $1,000 or greater, illegal immigrant employment restrictions for contracts valued at $25,000 or greater, and boycotts of energy, fossil fuel, firearms, and ammunition industries for contracts valued at $75,000 or greater. Contractors are required to certify in writing their compliance with these restrictions and acknowledge that failure to maintain compliance throughout the contract term constitutes a material breach.

The certification form requires contractors to provide their name, CLR Supplier/Vendor Number, and authorized signature with date. By executing this document, contractors affirm they do not currently engage in and will not engage in the prohibited boycott activities during the aggregate term of the contract. These certifications are mandated under Arkansas Code Annotated sections 25-1-503, 19-11-105, and 25-1-1102, making compliance a prerequisite for contract award. The specific certification requirements applicable to any given contract depend upon the contract's total value, with higher-value contracts requiring adherence to all three certification categories.
