About this file

This document is an Anti-Human Trafficking Affidavit associated with a Broward County solicitation for window and glass door repair/replacement services for the Port Everglades Department and various county agencies. The open-end contract seeks vendors to provide repair or replacement services for windows and glass doors, with an emphasis on comprehensive submittal of all requested documentation through the BPRO (Bonfire) electronic procurement platform. Vendors are required to submit responses electronically by the specified closing date and time, with strong encouragement to provide all documents, including those marked as "optional", to facilitate a thorough review process.

The solicitation includes specific requirements around county/state licensing, bonding, and participation in the Office of Economic and Small Business Development (OESBD) programs, potentially including County Business Enterprise (CBE) reserve considerations. Vendors must complete an Anti-Human Trafficking Affidavit certifying they do not use coerced labor, which must be submitted with the initial proposal or within three business days of county request. Technical support is available through support@gobonfire.com for vendors experiencing submission difficulties, and all questions must be submitted through the BPRO platform by the designated questions due date.
