About this file

This document is the Bonfire Procurement Portal Instructions provided by the City of Charlotte, North Carolina for managing solicitation questions and bid submissions on their electronic procurement platform. The document outlines procedural requirements for vendors submitting responses to the North Yard Storage Site Construction Project Re-Bid, which involves construction up-fits at the North Yard Facility to create a secured and monitored storage area for CATS equipment. The storage facility will include access control, security lighting, CCTV cameras, fencing, and power supply capable of providing climate control measures. All solicitation questions must be submitted electronically through the Vendor Discussions section of the Bonfire portal, and all bid submissions must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the posted project due date, with the City recommending vendors allow at least one week prior to the deadline to complete the submission process.

The Bonfire portal supports submission through Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox with Javascript and browser cookies enabled. Technical support is available through Bonfire's help forum at vendorsupport.gobonfire.com, via email at Support@GoBonfire.com, or by phone at 1-800-354-8010. Vendors can access the Charlotte procurement portal at charlottenc.bonfirehub.com/opportunities and are directed to a five-minute training video on vendor registration and submission procedures to facilitate the bidding process.
