About this file

This document is a Non-Collusion Bidding Certification form from the Cherokee County School District's Procurement Services Department. The form requires bidders to certify, under penalty of perjury, that their bid prices have been determined independently without collusion, consultation, or communication with other bidders or competitors.

The certification mandates that bidders confirm they have not knowingly disclosed bid prices to other parties, and have not attempted to induce other entities to submit or withhold bids to restrict competition. The document emphasizes that collusive bidding is a criminal offense that will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Bidders must complete the form by providing their legal company name, a corporate officer's signature, their title, and printed name.
