The City is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to supply safety footwear and related services to support its employee safety footwear program. All bids must remain valid for a minimum of 120 days.
The evaluation will be conducted by senior City management using a weighted scoring matrix with a maximum of 100 points, allocating 40 points to pricing (lowest proposal becomes the standard for price evaluation), 20 points to quality and variety of goods and inventory maintenance, 10 points each to accessibility, reporting/invoicing/reimbursement processes, and program administration/voucher management, and 5 points each to vendor reputation and past relationships with the City. Bidders must submit all required documentation at the time of proposal submission, acknowledge receipt of any addendums, provide a pricing proposal sheet, and complete debarment certifications. All questions or clarification requests must be submitted no later than ten calendar days before the closing date via the bidding portal. 7. Evaluation Criteria
This bid will be awarded to the bidder who provides goods or services at the best value for the City.
The following scoring will be used to evaluate each proposer’s response to the Bid. Points to be awarded based on requested information provided by the vendor.
EVALUATION CRITERIA
This proposal will be awarded to the best evaluated proposer. The following scoring will be used to evaluate each proposer’s response to the Best Value Bid.
