About this file

This document is a Scope of Work Exhibit from the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department (OTRD) for pool management services at Osage Hills State Park. The exhibit outlines a value-add opportunity for potential suppliers to operate a concession stand and food trucks during pool hours, with the supplier permitted to keep the proceeds from sales. The document seeks business proposals that generate revenue and align with OTRD's goals for pool management.

The supplier would be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring compliance with Department of Health guidelines, obtaining necessary licenses, and maintaining proper food storage and preparation standards. The bidder must provide a comprehensive business plan detailing the type of service, implementation timeline, patron costs, required licensing, and a proposed revenue-sharing percentage with OTRD. Food trucks are allowed with written park manager approval, and the supplier must ensure food trucks meet health, insurance, and employment requirements. Any violations of these terms may result in termination of the provision or the entire contract.
