About this file

This document is an Exhibit of Responsibilities for the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department (OTRD) detailing the operational responsibilities for a pool facility. The exhibit outlines specific duties for two parties: the Supplier and OTRD. The Supplier is responsible for staffing, management, scheduling, operational costs, collecting entrance fees, and reporting monthly revenue to OHSP (Oklahoma Historic Sites Preservation). Additionally, the Supplier may host private events with prior written approval.

The Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department (OTRD) will be responsible for pool maintenance, including providing chemicals, materials, and handling all repairs to the pool and its equipment. The document clearly delineates the operational and maintenance responsibilities, creating a clear division of tasks between the Supplier and OTRD to ensure efficient management of the pool facility. The exhibit serves as a detailed guidelines document that establishes expectations and responsibilities for both parties involved in the pool's operation.
