NOTE: Non-conforming services/deliverables will be corrected at no additional cost to the Government. Written acceptance, conditional acceptance or rejection will be sent to the contractor via email or by mail.
Disincentives: Payment less than 100% (up to 5%) may be deducted for less than full compliance of the AQL. Contractors will have an opportunity to correct nonconforming services at the expense of the contractor within 2 business days before the Government makes an equitable adjustment to the contract.
