The Library will provide all artifact display casework (Types 1, 2, and 3), which are already equipped with lighting and located in an adjacent gallery. The contractor is responsible for fabricating case risers and plinths per the design package. The Library will supply all audiovisual media hardware, programming, and timers; the contractor must use Luxam fixture code L-MTSP-02-B-3K (3.8 watts, 3000K CCT) for the Center Entry Title Wall lighting and provide light track services as revised in the amendment. All graphics will be provided production-ready at 1920 x 1080 resolution. The contractor must collaborate with the Library's Mount Maker and AV technician (to be introduced at kickoff); the Library will control on/off power scheduling. The successful offeror must meet all insurance requirements per Section I.6 (page 50), training requirements per Sections H.5, H.6, and H.10, and invoice instruction requirements per Section G.3. The proposal due date has been extended per amendment; the contract is not a GSA contract, no budget information is being disclosed, and the Library does not require fixture accessories such as barn doors.
