About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for Shredding and Destruction Services IDIQ contract (Solicitation Number 030ADV24R0051) issued by the Library of Congress. The purpose of the amendment is to update Section M to clarify the past performance and price evaluation criteria. The evaluation will be based on three factors: Technical Approach, Past Performance, and Price. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. Offerors must provide proof of National Association for Information Destruction (NAID) Certification to be considered eligible for award. The evaluation of past performance will focus on the offeror's trend of satisfactory or better performance, timely and quality deliverables, and demonstrated success in mitigating delays and cost impacts. The offeror's proposed prices on the IDIQ and Task Order 1 and 2 will be evaluated for completeness and reasonableness.
