This is a site documentation file prepared by the Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) for a general repairs and reroofing project at the Wailua River State Park in Kapaa, Kauai. The document contains site plan photographs and visual documentation for DLNR Job #26-SPK-004, which addresses the Comfort Station Reroof & General Repairs project at two locations: the Kaumualii Comfort Station and the Old Smith's Landing Comfort Station. The photographic evidence provides visual reference for the existing conditions and site areas that require remediation, serving as supporting documentation for the related procurement solicitation for general repairs and reroofing services.

The file consists entirely of site photographs and associated location identifiers without including pricing information, specifications, or other contractual terms. The documentation serves as a visual exhibit to accompany the primary contract opportunity and aids potential bidders in assessing the scope and condition of the facilities requiring renovation work at the Wailua River State Park locations.
