About this file
This is a Site Clearing specification document for the Clackamas County Stone Creek Golf Club Irrigation Renovation Project in Oregon. The scope of work includes removal of surface debris, clearing plant life and grass, and removal of existing site items as indicated on project drawings. The contractor must remove debris, rock, concrete, asphalt, trees, and extracted plant life from the site, with all waste materials disposed of off-site. Dust control measures using water sprinkling are required to prevent dust spread to adjacent properties, and work must be coordinated with utility companies. Protection of existing improvements, utilities, benchmarks, trees, structures, and irrigation infrastructure is mandated throughout the clearing process.
The specification establishes regulatory compliance requirements for debris disposal and establishes quality standards for site protection and dust mitigation. No specific pricing information, contract terms, renewal options, funding sources, or award dates are provided in this technical specification document. The contractor is responsible for all excavation of organic root fibers and removal of root fibers from the site, as well as compliance with applicable codes for waste disposal.
