The program will produce concerts at 12 Air Force installations between August 1 and September 30, 2025, with performances scheduled across bases in Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. The contractor is required to provide comprehensive production support including two identical 60' x 40' stages, technical equipment across audio, video, lighting, and backline systems, and a 16-person production team with roles such as Production Manager, Stage Manager, Audio Technician, Video Director, and Production Drivers.
Key technical requirements include providing staging with 142 decks, two 40'x40' roofs, audio and video equipment, crowd control barriers, and backline instruments. The contractor must coordinate with performing artists, meet base security protocols, and handle transportation of all equipment and personnel. Personnel must be capable of passing military background checks and possess professional expertise in concert production. The SOW specifies detailed equipment requirements, with Air Force providing complementary equipment, and outlines a complex two-week tour rotation schedule across multiple bases, emphasizing the logistical complexity of the entertainment program designed to boost military personnel morale.
