About this file
This is Addendum No. 3 for RFQ 016-PUR-2025 issued by the Dougherty County School System in Albany, Georgia for Category 2 UPS equipment. The addendum was issued on January 30, 2025, with responses due by February 24, 2025. The district is evaluating bids for UPS models specified in pricing sheet 016PUR2025C2UPSQUOTEREV2.xlsx and will consider alternative models that match specifications for Volt-Amps, lithium batteries, and include a network card.
Through the Q&A section, the district clarified that they are seeking lithium-ion compatible UPSs, the current power outlets are not L-50 receptacles, and no new PDUs are needed. The internal Facilities Services team is handling power supply infrastructure, and information about existing demand loads and rack location drawings will be provided after bid award. Rack temperature sensors are already in place, and no preventive maintenance plan is required at this time.
