About this file

This document is Amendment No. 6 to Contract 505ENT-M17-WIRELESSPH-01, a Wireless Telephony and Broadband Plans, Equipment and Support contract between the State of Wisconsin Department of Administration and Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless. The amendment was executed on November 23, 2021, by Cheryl Edgington, Director of the State Bureau of Procurement for Wisconsin, and on November 17, 2021, by Clifton Miller Jr., Director of State & Local Contracting (Wireless) for Verizon Business Group.

The amendment adds several new rate plans specifically for authorized contract users including custom plans for National Security, Public Safety, Emergency Preparedness, and First Responders. Key additions include the Verizon Wireless Preemption Service Feature at $0.00 monthly for eligible Basic/Smart Phone and non-phone devices, Private Responder Core Service at $0.00 monthly for qualifying government entities, Enterprise Messaging Terms of Service for Public Safety with various pricing tiers ranging from $50-$18,000 monthly depending on message volume, and Push to Talk services with monthly fees ranging from $3.00 to $15.75. The amendment also includes Group Command Software SKUs, Group First Response features, LTE Vehicle Internet solutions, and various interoperability and network management tools. Most services are restricted to specific NAICS codes for eligible government agencies in public safety, emergency services, and related sectors, with many services requiring authorized access to Verizon's Responder Private Core Internet Access.
