About this file
This is Amendment 3 to Contract No. 505ENT-M17-WIRELESSPH-01, a contract amendment between the State of Wisconsin Department of Administration and Cellco Partnership dba Verizon Wireless. The amendment was executed in April 2019, with the State represented by Sara Redford, Director of the State Bureau of Procurement, and Verizon Wireless represented by Todd Loccisano, Executive Director of Contracts.
The amendment adds five new custom wireless service plans specifically designed for National Security, Public Safety, Emergency Preparedness, and First Responder organizations. These include: a Custom 4G Unlimited Smartphone Plan with Mobile Broadband Priority and Preemption ($39.99/month), a Custom Unlimited Basic Phone Plan ($22.99/month), a Custom Unlimited Push-to-Talk Only Plan ($17.99/month), a Mobile Broadband Priority Feature ($0.00/month), and a Custom 4G Unlimited Mobile Broadband Plan ($37.99/month). All plans are restricted to eligible organizations defined by specific NAICS codes including ambulance services, police protection, fire protection, courts, correctional institutions, and various government agencies. The plans offer unlimited domestic minutes, data, and messaging, with special features like priority network access and preemption capabilities for first responders. Additionally, the amendment updates Wireless Priority Service (WPS) charges to $0.00 across all fee categories, eliminating previous costs for this emergency communication service.
