About this file

This document is a draft solicitation exhibit for Exhibit B-2 - Performance Requirements for a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the State of Washington for a new cooperative purchasing agreement, 00224, for Audio-Visual Solutions. The State is seeking to award contracts to bidders who have substantial industry knowledge and experience in Audio-Visual Solutions. Key requirements include demonstrating minimum experience levels for key personnel, completing similar projects within the last three years, providing excellent and timely customer support, maintaining sufficient inventory and supply chain management, creating high-quality training manuals, and offering extensive warranties and managed support options. Bidders must meet all minimum acceptable standards to be considered responsive, and the State is evaluating responses for added value in exceeding the requirements. The resulting contract(s) will be available for use by various state and local government entities throughout Washington.

The document outlines the pricing and scoring criteria, with up to 100 points available across seven performance requirements. Pricing will be submitted separately in Exhibit C. The State intends to conduct anonymous bid evaluations to minimize potential bias. Bidders must not include any identifying information in their responses, except for customer references.
