About this file

This is a financial workbook for the Tempe Union High School District's Request for Proposal (RFP) for Employee Benefits covering Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), and Disability insurance for 2026. The district seeks proposals for comprehensive employee benefit coverage to support its workforce. Proposals must be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/tuhsd no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, November 19, 2026. The workbook serves as the financial evaluation tool for interested vendors to understand the district's benefit needs and pricing structure, enabling vendors to develop competitive proposals based on the district's employee population and coverage requirements.

The financial workbook contains detailed pricing templates and benefit calculations necessary for vendors to submit accurate cost proposals. The document provides the framework for evaluating pricing terms, premium structures, and benefit calculations across the district's employee base. As a financial planning document, the workbook establishes the baseline data and methodologies that vendors must use to ensure consistent and comparable pricing submissions. The workbook does not identify any set-asides, incumbent providers, or specific funding amounts in its title or designation, focusing instead on providing the quantitative framework needed for vendors to develop and submit their financial proposals for the district's employee benefits package.
