About this file

This is a Sample Price Agreement template from the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) for an ODOT Account Manager for OReGO Road Usage Charge program. The agreement outlines the terms and conditions for providing account management services for ODOT's road usage charge program called OReGO, which aims to have motorists pay per-mile road usage charges in lieu of fuel taxes. The initial Work Order Contract (WOC) assignment period is 6 years from the effective date, with potential extension of up to 4 additional years based on contractor performance, need and available funding. The contractor will be required to provide system establishment, travel data collection, transactions processing, online account access, invoicing and payment services, participant account management, and customer support.

The agreement indicates there is no guarantee of any specific amount of work or overall dollar amounts to be assigned via WOCs. A 12% Certified Small Business Aspirational Target will be assigned to WOCs that are state-only funded and exceed $100,000. The agreement requires contractors to maintain Professional Liability Technology Errors & Omissions insurance with coverage of $3,000,000, Commercial General Liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence, and Automobile Liability insurance of $1,000,000. The agreement specifies that no federal funds are involved in this program. Contractors must comply with Oregon tax laws and maintain data security measures that meet state and federal requirements for protecting personally identifiable information.
